Signing a PDF file with SimplySign (QES)

1. On the CertumSign platform, you can easily and quickly sign an uploaded or received PDF document
2. You can place your signature using SimplySign
3. Sign in to your account sign.certum.pl Select a document to sign and click Sign. A window displaying the document’s content will appear
   
4. In the Signature Method section (on the right side), the name of the selected e-signature method is displayed, eg. SimplySign. If you want to change the type of signature – select Change
   
   
5. If you have a SimplySign signature, select Log in to SimplySign
   
   
6. Enter the email assigned to your SimplySign account and the token from the mobile app. If you are already logged into SimplySign service this step will be skipped
   
7. The screen will display the qualified certificate assigned to the account
8. Click Sign. You can choose a location within the document to visualize the signature
   
9. Enter the PIN assigned when installing the certificate. If the code is correct, you will receive a message that the file has been signed. Done!
