Signing a PDF file without a CertumSign account – Basic sign (SES) using an SMS Code

Basic sign allows you to authorize a signature using an SMS code or a code sent to your email address. The instruction shows the path using the SMS code.

1. When you receive a document for signature on the CertumSign platform, open the message and check the file information. To view and sign the document, click View and sign
   
   
2. By SMS you will receive an authorization code to view the document – This step appears only when the sender has provided your phone number
   
   
3. Enter the code from the SMS in the AUTHORIZATION CODE field and click Confirm.
   
4. A window displaying the document’s content will appear. To sign the document select – SIGN
   
   
5. From the list of available signatures, select – Basic sign
   
   
6. You can draw a frame with the cursor to visualize the signature in the document
   
7. An SMS with a code for signing will be sent to the phone number assigned to your account
   
8. In the window, enter the code you received and click Sign
   
   
9. If the code entered is correct, you will receive a notification that the file has been signed. Done!
