CertumSign — how to create a free account?

CertumSign is an online platform for signing and verifying documents. Access to it is free, so you can benefit from the ability to sign an unlimited number of documents with your qualified signature.

To create a free CertumSign account:

1. Head to the https://sign.certum.pl/register website
   • To change the language to English, click the EN icon:

   

2. Enter e-mail address:
   
   • If you already have an account in the Certum systems, use the same e-mail address which you used to create the store account. This will allow you to combine all services and speed up the CertumSign activation process.
   • If you do not already have an account, use any e-mail address.
3. Click Next to proceed to the next step.
   • If an e-mail associated with the Certum systems was used, you will be redirected to the CertumSign login page.
   • If an e-mail not associated with any Certum service was used, you will be redirected to the registration form.

   

4. Fill in the required data:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Password — must contain at least 8 characters, at least one lowercase and uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. Then confirm the password.
   • Read the terms and conditions and accept them.
5. Click the Create account button — the data you have entered will be saved and an account created based on it.
6. You will see a message telling you to confirm your account using a link sent to your e-mail address.
7. You will receive a message to the address you entered, containing a link (under the button) activating your account. The link is valid for 72 hours — click the Activate Account, button before that time expires.
8. Clicking the activation button will take you to the CertumSign login page — log in to your account
   
9. At the same time, you will receive an e-mail confirming the activation of your account.
10. After logging in, you will see a welcome screen.
11. To get started with CertumSign select “Continue with the free version” — you will be redirected to the app.
12. Done. Your free CertumSign platform is now active.
