Signature Validation and Downloading the Validation Report

The CertumSign Platform allows you to verify the authenticity of electronic signatures by generating a comprehensive PDF report confirming their validity, all within a convenient and user-friendly browser application.

How to validate an electronic signature in CertumSign?

Files uploaded to the account, signed in CertumSign, and those returned after being sent for signature are verified, and the user receives information about the status of the signatures:

PLEASE NOTE: The status of the verified signature does not constitute proof of qualified validation. 

If you want to generate confirmation of the authenticity and validity of the signature in the form of a report, use the qualified validation service.

1. Click on the signature tag and when its field expands, select Show more.
   
2. You will be taken to the Validate Signatures tab.
3. Select the Conduct Validation button.
   
   Clicking the button will reduce the validation limit on your account.Next to the button, you will see the current available validation limit. If it is 0, you will need to enter a validation code, which can be purchased from the Certum store.
4. After a moment, the result of the qualified validation will appear on the screen. A detailed qualified validation report will be downloaded to your device in PDF format.
   
   You can also download the report manually by clicking Download the validation report.
