Important Information Regarding One-Time Qualified Signatures


Following the next CertumSign platform update, scheduled for September 25-28, 2026, a single one-time qualified signature will be available for purchase.
Currently, one-time qualified signatures are offered exclusively in packages of 5, 10, or 20 signatures.
With the expansion of the offer, the billing model for one-time qualified signatures will also change. At present, a single one-time qualified signature operation may include multiple documents. After the update, each signed document will require the use of one one-time qualified signature.
1 document = 1 one-time qualified signature
This change applies only to one-time qualified signatures and does not affect the use of any other signature types available in CertumSign.
Examples:

  • signing 3 documents will require the use of 3 one-time qualified signatures,
  • sending 3 documents to another person for signing with the option to use a one-time qualified signature will also require the use of 3 one-time qualified signatures.

The change is being introduced to standardize the billing method for one-time qualified signatures, regardless of the number of documents included in a single signing process.
