How to prepare for verification?

1. Prepare a smartphone/tablet with an access to the Internet or a computer with a webcam.
   Note: If the process is performed on a computer, remember to take a photos of both sides of your identification document, before the process is started.
2. Prepare subscriber’s ID document. You may check the list of supported ID documents here.
3. Automatic identity verification is available for 24 hours and can be done at any time, however, after 24 hours a new link to access verification service must be generated.
4. During the verification process, data from the ID document will be extracted.
5. The document will be checked if it is valid and consistent with the subscriber’s image.
6. The system will inform you when the verification ended and sends the verification result to Certum.

Automatic identity verification takes about 1 minute.
