How to activate SimplySign application for certificates in the Cloud?

You will be able to start the SimplySign application activation when the certificate is issued. The process consists of several steps:

Receiving several e-mails containing activation data

A welcome e-mail “Welcome to Certum”, informing about successful creation of account in SimplySign cloud service. This e-mail is being sent only once, after the creation of the SimplySign account.
E-mail about regaining access to the SimplySign, providing an activation link.
E-mail with a secret for regaining access to the SimplySign service, providing the activation code (secret).

SimplySign service activation

Install SimplySign mobile application or choose the option to add new account in it. You may also check SimplySign application installation instruction.
Open the e-mail with regaining access to the SimplySign service procedure and open included activation link.
Opened webpage will ask to enter received activation code (secret). Code is included in the e-mail about secret code to regain SimplySign service access. Enter the code and proceed.
Webpage will display the QR code.
Run the SimplySign mobile application.
From the methods of activation the SimplySign mobile application choose QR code method.
Allow access to the camera on mobile device and read the QR code with it from the browser screen.

Once you have completed these steps, the application is ready to work. You can start using your issued certificates.
