Transfer the product to another account
You will be able to transfer the product to another account from My account in the Data security products tab. Thanks to this, when purchasing products on your account, you can allow the activation of the certificates on end-user accounts.
Transferring a product to another account is available when the activation status of the certificate for it is awaiting for data: right after purchasing the product, where no data has yet been provided in any activation step. The process itself consists of several steps:
Transferring a product
- Go to the details of the purchased certificate in My account/Data security products
- Use the product transfer option
- Provide the e-mail address of the account in the Certum store to which you want to transfer the product. The account must be an existing customer account in the Certum store
- Mark the anti-spam protection if required
- Confirm transferring the product to provided account. The success screen will inform you that the product has been successfully transferred to the specified account and as a result, it will be removed from your account.
