Changes in Certum service availability during the 2024 Holiday Season
Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that December 24th, 2024 (Christmas Eve) is a non-working day in our company. The exception is non-qualified certificates, which will be issued from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (GMT+1).
On December 31st, 2024, IDnow remote identification services will not be available. Issuance of electronic signatures in Turbo mode (30 minutes) will be possible until 2:00 PM (applications submitted by 1:30 PM GMT+1). After this time, please select Express (24 hours) or Standard mode (7 days).
